Optimly provides SaaS tools to analyze and improve the performance of conversational agents powered by large language models (LLMs). Our tools offer dashboards, analytics, flagging, and real-time monitoring capabilities.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not use the Services in any manner that violates applicable law.
• You agree not to misuse the Services to harm, overload, or disrupt the platform or users.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on our Services, including software, branding, graphics, and text, is owned by Optimly or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually based on the chosen subscription. Charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your plan at any time; your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

5. User Content

By uploading or linking content to Optimly (e.g., knowledge bases or documents), you grant us a license to process that data strictly for providing and improving our Services. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

7. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim to ensure uptime and accurate analytics, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
